Warranty
Property owners shouldn't have to worry about the workmanship or materials after having to go through a loss or damage claim for their property.
We provide a limited 24-month warranty that most would consider one of the best around. Our warranty is provided to the property owner for as long as that person or group continues to own the property in question and covers alll labor and new materials that we specifically provide to the job (see note below).
*Damages resulting from lack of maintenance, abuse or ordinary wear and tear, items beyond our control, etc. - would not be covered. (Any outside labor or vendors and/or materials used by an outside vendor would be warranted by the vendor, company, or person supplying that work instead.)
