We provide a limited lifetime warranty that most would consider one of the best around. Our warranty is provided to the property owner for as long as that person or group continues to own the property in question and covers all labor and new materials that we specifically provide to the job (see note below).

*Damages resulting from lack of maintenance, abuse or ordinary wear and tear, items beyond our control, etc. - would not be covered. (Any outside labor or vendors and/or materials used by an outside vendor would be warranteed by the vendor, company, or person supplying that work instead.)
